As part of the Westminster Community Festival, we invite all Westminster residents to participate in the Westminsters Arts & Crafts display to be held in the Butterfield Instititute. Visual Arts, Crafts, Written Word, Creative Trades people are all welcome. Westminster is rich with creativity in many forms and we would like to feature this diversity.
